Bob Green | CEO, Project Estimator, Cost Analysis
Bob has over 37 years of construction experience as a General Contractor and Construction Manager. Mr. Green will prepare all budgets and cost estimates utilizing his vast knowledge of construction costs along with our computer database. He will also oversee the bidding process and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the project progresses smoothly. He will continuously monitor project cost and project overall project costs.

Bo Green | President, Project Manager
Bo Green has been involved with construction for over 12 years. After receiving his BS in Civil Engineering and MBA from the University of Kentucky, he moved back to Middlesboro to be involved with Green Construction. As Project Manager, his duties include maintaining and overseeing the project schedule, assists in budget preparation and bid process, coordinate subcontractors and material vendors and review shop drawings. He will also work closely with the Project Superintendent to ensure the overall progress and quality of the project.

Carol Green | CFO,Secretary/Treasurer, Accounting Director
Carol began her career at Green Construction in 1970. With over 36 years of experience in Construction Accounting, Carol’s project responsibilities include managing the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, maintaining all Purchase Orders and Subcontracts, organizing the necessary forms, shop drawings and correspondence.

Kevin Larew | Vice President, Project Manager/Estimator
Kevin joined Green Construction in 2008 after moving to the area. Since arriving, Kevin focuses on managing the construction projects, estimating new jobs and aiding in the general business. As Project Manager/Estimator, his duties include maintaining and overseeing the project schedule, assists in budget preparation and bid process, coordinate subcontractors and material vendors and review shop drawings. He will also work closely with the Project Superintendent to ensure the overall progress and quality of the project.

Doyle Willis | Project Superintendent
Doyle Willis arrived at Green Construction in 1980. Doyle worked his way up from Carpenter to Foreman to Superintendent. Mr. Willis has managed the day to day operations of construction projects since 1988. He has managed projects from $200,000 to $9,000,000. As Project Superintendent, Doyle manages the day-to-day on-site operations and oversees the various trade contractors on-site. He supervises the overall quality of work and ensures that all work adheres to the project drawings and specifications. Doyle also coordinates all on-site operations and personnel. He also completes the daily Construction Logs, daily field reports and daily weather reports.

Dennis Earls | Project Superintendent
Dennis Earls arrived at Green Construction in 1970. Dennis worked his way up from Laborer to Carpenter to Foreman to Superintendent. Mr. Earls has managed the day to day operations of construction projects since 1980. He has managed projects from $200,000 to $6,000,000. As Project Superintendent, Dennis manages the day-to-day on-site operations and oversees the various trade contractors on-site. He supervises the overall quality of work and ensures that all work adheres to the project drawings and specifications. Dennis also coordinates all on-site operations and personnel. He also completes the daily Construction Logs, daily field reports and daily weather reports.
